We are pleased to announce that Imatest 4.3 is scheduled for release on December 18th. New features include:

• Support for Linux (Ubuntu 14.04) across all Imatest software
• Python API for IT for a simplified, flexible development environment
• SSIM module for estimating the loss of image quality with image processing or compression
• Updated Matlab Compiler Runtime (MCR) resulting in improved speed throughout Imatest
• Uniformity module produces four channel Bayer raw results 

Transmissive Color Targets

This new 24-patch Transmissive Color target can be used for evaluating color accuracy using a lightbox, which can be more compact and uniform than a reflective lighting system.

These targets are produced with high-precision Light-Valve Technology. Custom reference files are provided with each chart to ensure accurate color measurements. Customers using small field of view systems or testing at close distances will benefit from these small and precise targets.
