We are sending a friendly reminder because after January 1, 2019, if you need to reactivate your software, you will need to update your software to a newer version. We are migrating to a better licensing platform.

What this means
If your license code starts with 2848 and you need to reactivate your software on a current or new device, you will need to update your software after January 1, 2019. Your software will continue to work as usual until you need to reinstall or reactivate.

What you need to do

If you need to reactivate your software on a current or new device, you will need to update your software to the latest release within your current version. You can update now, or at a future date. Navigate to this Support Page, then under “Download your software update today,” select your Operating System, choose your software version from the drop-down list, and then select your software type. Your download should start automatically. Updating your software is free of charge.

If you do not expect or plan any changes to your software activation, you do not need to do anything. Your software will continue to work as normal.
